10K and half marathon trail courses start and finish in the Royal Welsh Showground in Builth Wells and take in valleys, fields, woodland tracks and stunning forestry.
Course maps, and an interactive Strava file of the 10K route (which is repeated by half marathon runners after a turn around within the showground) can also be seen below.

The Royal Welsh Trail Running Festival is organised by Run 4 Wales, the organisers of the Cardiff Half Marathon.
